What's the shape of our universe?

“Dr. Dave Goldberg — Is the universe flat or spherical or saddle-shaped, and what do any of these things really mean? Do we live in a Pac-Man universe, or an infinite one? In this week's "Ask a Physicist" we'll find out.”

Recently io9 posted an interesting and mind boggling question: “If you keep going around the universe will you end up where you started?”

A very interesting read. Link to the article.

Help Bring Back the Alien-Hunting SETI Telescopes!

SETI
A few months back the world's only telescopes that were devoted to search alien life form went offline due to lack of funding. The universe always fascinated me and in my free time I love reading about it.

I have a bucket list of items that I want to experience before I die and one of them is to find some sort of extraterrestial life, without these telescopes the chance my wish coming true is slimmer than before.

As a big supporter of SETI I've donated 25 dollars at https://setistars.org/. You can donate any amount you want.

If you share the same interest, it is your duty to do your part!
